Manual IV Bag Inspection

The DIH can be modified to inspect IV bags, with an easy-to-use sliding clip system to improve particulate detection. The DIH can be used to inspect IV bags up to 3 liters.

High-Volume Manual Visual Inspection

To support visual inspection use cases that require high-volume manual inspection, our accumulation tables can be configured to feed up to eight DIHs in parallel. This provides operators with a reliable, steady stream of product for inspection. A separate conveyor transports inspected products, while a dedicated defect tray stores rejected products for track-and-trace purposes.
