The DI-100 Inspection System is designed to enhance human inspection of vials, ampules, and syringes by providing automated material handling and a consistent visual inspection presentation through lighting and rotation.
With operating speeds of up to 150 parts per minute, one operator can produce at the same level as 4-5 operators in a typical manual inspection process.
